Engr. Penalosa is a retired Civil Engineer. After retiring in 2012, he started his Landscaping Maintenance Services in Orange County, California. He also tried to explore Costa Rica which is the favorite retirement of Americans and Europians. But there is a language barrier in Costa Rica. In 2016, he decided to go back to his native country which is the Philippines. He initially moved to Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines. He bought a house at Bali Mansions developed by Cathayland Inc.
He hired a Landscaping Contractor to Design, Plant Shrubs and Trees around the house. He also hired a person to water the Landscape while he was out of the country. After a month of absence, he was shocked when he returned from USA. The Landscaping was almost dead. This is when he decided to Install an Automatic Sprinkler System that he learned from his Southern California Landscaping Business. He imported some Irrigation Parts and Timers from USA to Automatically water the Landscaping including the Lawn and Hanging Plants using Drip Technology.
While buying some local pipes and fittings from a nearby hardware store, the owner approached him and asked to estimate his Alta Veranda Event Place located in Tibig, Silang, Cavite. Engr. Penalosa made the estimate and did some Demo. He was given the Contract to Install the Automatic Irrigation System in the whole Event Place.

Warranties
Our comprehensive trade warranties make it even easier to choose us. Most of our Landscape Irrigation products are warranted to the trade for a period of either three or five years from the date of original purchase.
We will repair or replace at no charge any products that fails in normal use within the warranty period stated below. Product failures due to acts of God including without limitation, lightning and flooding, are not covered by this warranty. This commitment to repair or replace is our sole and total warranty.
Implied Warranties is Applicable, are Limited to One Year from the Date of Sale. We will not, under any circumstances be liable for incidental or consequential damages, no matter how they occur.
